1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ARS Trainer Finder (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service helps members of the Altamonte Raid Server (Discord) associate a face with an in-game trainer name to facilitate real-life meetups, trades, and community events.

3. Eligibility

You must be a member of the Altamonte Raid Server Discord community and comply with its rules to use the Service.

4. Accounts and Security

Authentication is handled via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any actions taken through it in connection with the Service.

5. User Content

You may submit information such as your Discord username, trainer name(s), and an optional selfie image. You represent that you have the right to post this content and that it does not infringe the rights of others. By uploading content, you understand and agree that your profile (including any images) will be publicly visible to anyone with access to the site. Do not upload anything you would not want publicly available. Public content may be copied, captured (e.g., screenshots), reshared, or indexed by others beyond our control. You can update or remove your content at any time via the Service, but removal cannot retroactively remove copies or redistributions made by third parties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting content that is unlawful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Uploading explicit, pornographic, sexual, or otherwise NSFW images or content. This will result in an immediate ban and content removal.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of your identity.
• Attempting to access data you are not authorized to access.
• Any activity that violates Discord terms or community guidelines.

7. Public Visibility and Sharing

Content you submit (including images) is intended to be discoverable by the community and may be viewable by everyone who visits the site. While certain features may restrict visibility in specific workflows (e.g., temporarily hiding reported content), the Service is not designed for private or confidential media storage. You assume all risks associated with sharing your content publicly.

8. Moderation

Reports may be filed by community members. Moderators may review submissions and hide or remove content that violates these terms or community standards. Uploading explicit content will result in an immediate ban at our discretion. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access at any time to protect the community.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the Service at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARS Trainer Finder and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, we are not responsible or liable for any consequences arising from your decision to upload and share images or other content via the Service, including any misuse, redistribution, or actions by third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
